Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on order size and customization
You will receive updates once your order is in production and ready for delivery
2. Custom Orders
Customers must confirm all details (names, dates, scent choices, labels) before production begins
Once approved, changes cannot be made
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after confirmation
3. Payments
Full payment is required to begin production
For large orders, a deposit option may be available upon request
Payments are non-refundable
4. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently.
Lagos deliveries: Next-day delivery after production is completed
Outside Lagos: Delivery takes 1–2 business days after production
Express delivery is available at an additional cost
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
No Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos)
6. Cancellations
Once payment has been made, cancellations are not allowed

Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
Store in a cool, dry place
Handle diffusers and candles with care to avoid spills or damage
8. Bulk & Event Orders
We recommend placing event orders at least 2–4 weeks in advance
Rush orders may attract additional fees depending on availability
